Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • JEWELRY (for hygiene reasons)
  • HATS + HAIR ACCESSORIES (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Deductions

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International Returns
